Stayed here back in Aug 2018 and decided to book again for two nights in June 2025. Had a pleasant experience for both stays. For the latest one, I booked a Double Room, which could in fact accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids). During the check in, they upgraded me to a Triple Room for free. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was a luxury (comes with a jacuzzi tub). Breakfast spread was good as well. Hotel was also located centrally and within walking distance to the sights and shopping districts. If you are driving, take note they have an underground carpark on the same side of the hotel (just further down the road). The open space carpark is way more expensive.

Hotel is absolutely amazing we were on a trip and we were very much tired and it was so comforting to arrive to the hotel. The staff are amazing .It’s very cozy. Great value for the price. The parking garage has three floors, and motorcycle parking costs half the car rate. Reception staff spoke fluent English, and extending our stay by a day was easy. The hotel is large, so it can get lively in the mornings and evenings. The room met standard “decent hotel” expectations, with a generous breakfast buffet. The bathroom even had a sink stopper, handy for washing sportswear and using the AC to dry it overnight. The free pool with a jacuzzi was a nice bonus. We originally booked one night but stayed for two—I wish we’d had more time there.

location, free parking on site. the great spa facility and the brilliant service from the reception manager who was simply brilliant. could not do more to help you. breakfast was a feast buffet style of really what ever you wanted. superb. location is just out of town to be peaceful and the views from the lounge and bedroom were amazing. a top nights stay.

    Outstanding hotel. Great breakfast. The spa (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) were very nice. The room was super nice, great beds (we had one of the duplex rooms). Food in the restaurant is okay. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly

    The room was luxurious, the amenities were lovely (jacuzzi bathtub, roomy shower, etc.), the view was spectacular, the check-in and check-out and valet service were great. I also enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room.
