Location was just 10 mins walk from the main shopping streets. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel provided robes, slippers, and all toileteries. Hot water in the bathroom is from the thermal springs.

Outstanding hotel. Great breakfast. The spa (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) were very nice. The room was super nice, great beds (we had one of the duplex rooms). Food in the restaurant is okay. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly

The room was luxurious, the amenities were lovely (jacuzzi bathtub, roomy shower, etc.), the view was spectacular, the check-in and check-out and valet service were great. I also enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room.
