Excellent location to the main centre where all the restaurant and shops are located. The staff was very helpful to accommodate our request and always checking in if there is anything they can do. The room is very comfy with all the necessities to have a relaxing and romantic stay. Will certainly recommend this property and will visit again.

Beautifully constructed with quality wood finishes and furniture. The view over the Beagle Channel was breathtaking. The staff were great. While the hotel is a little outside Ushuaia, perched on a hill, the hotel shuttle is very efficient and Uber service was excellent and fares were reasonable. A beautiful gym.

A really lovely property. The room was spacious and well appointed - with a great view! The facilities were excellent - the spa was great as was the gym. The location was excellent - away from the centre but the shuttle bus made everything easily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The highlight would be the staff, especially Ignacio who welcomed us. The property itself was excellent, had everything we needed, convenient, breakfast included, could store our baggage before booking in and after booking out while exploring Ushuaia. We would recommend here for anyone.

The facilities and the Bungalow are exceptional . The bungalow featured heated floors and a nice kitchen. Location is a 10/10 , you feel like you are in the middle of the Forest but so close to the City. Luciana the Host , and here Son Luca were super friendly and responsive and made for a perfectly rounded and memorable experience . We will be back !

Located in the main shopping street, with all restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Restaurant on the 4th floor with a perfect view over the harbour and the Beagle Channel.     Beautiful hotel looking over Ushuaia. We wanted a spacious and nice place to stay once we got off our Antartica cruise and Arakur delivered. Breakfast was amazing, and the spa was the best place to relax and unwind. Room was spacious and clean. It is great that they allow access to the spa and showers after you check out. We had an afternoon flight so we took advantage.

    Beautifully located hotel high on a hill outside Ushuaia. There is a shuttle bus taking guests into town if they want to leave! Very comfy and well equipped rooms. The spa is beautiful with outdoor jacuzzi's and infinity pool overlooking the town below - especially lovely view at night. There is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi's as well as gym and games room. The breakfast is exceptional as was dinner. Highly recommend! There are a number of walking trails from the hotel which are very well marked with great views.
