A beautiful, luxurious hotel with a staff that is always attentive and ready to assist. The room is spacious, but storage for clothes is limited, as the closets are mostly occupied by hotel amenities such as blankets, an ironing board, and a minibar. Everything. From the moment you walk into reception, to the moment you check-out you will be amazed by every detail. The service, the rooms, the hotel, the chalet, the breakfast, the beds, the quality of everything in the rooms - unbelievable!! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, they will quite literally find a way to cater for you whatever you need. We were a group of 6 girls and felt so looked after, loved the drop off and pick up to the ski lifts - super easy! We can't wait to come back.

One of best hotels with nice and clean rooms, excellent food, nice personell. SPA is amazing, especially numerous saunas and opened swimming pool. Definitely recommend.

    Everything was good. Breakfast with a lot of choices. Room with a terrace, big room, comfortable bed. We had traveled with a dog, and he was warmly met in the hotel! I wish I had had time to go to the SPA zone, but I didn't, it looked relaxing. There are a lot of hiking trails, just one thing, it is better to go to the city by car and then go to the trail. Very bad idea to walk straight from the hotel.

    Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, nuts, a juicer, cheese fish , meat, great pastries, honey. The room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, with bath and walk in shower. The pools and spa were great. All the staff were welcoming and helpful
