The staff was excellent and incredibly kind. I had a small request before our arrival, and it was handled perfectly – much appreciated. The location is absolutely stunning, ideal for nature lovers. Our Deluxe room was beautifully designed and offered breathtaking mountain views. The spa area was lovely, and the pool water was pleasantly warm, perfect for swimming even in cooler weather. Dinner was also delicious and very well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Bautiful hotel with amazing, high qulity facilities! Christmas decor and outside advent market are reasons to visit in the winter. Bar and spa are brilliant and there is just no reason to go anywhere else whilst staying in this hotel. Staff are kind and super nice

Nice pension run by very nice people, nothing was too much trouble. Nice secure parking for our bikes. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. I would reccommend the restaurant, quite a basic menu but good quality at a reasonable price

We liked how well equipped the place was....nice breakfast included, can have meals there if required...a beautiful pool. It's a little out of of the town but we had a car so no problems. It's hard to fault the place..we loved it.

Beautiful location. Great for both summer and winter vacations. Hotel is very welcoming and cozy. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The lake is amazing, clean and perfect for swimming. Many water activities available too. Great if you have a bicycle, if not you can rent, nice cycling routes around thr lake and mountains.

I had an incredible experience at this place! The food was incredibly tasty, and the staff were the sweetest. It's a stylish paradise that's perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here!
