I had a superb experience at the hotel! It truly excels at creating an authentic local vibe with a relaxed luxury ambiance. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the personalized service. The hotel was outstanding in every respect - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. It also helped that the snow was incredible and it couldn’t have been easier to get onto the slopes, a daily ski to Lech, Zurs, and even across to St Anton. The packed lunch on our departure day (early start) was also very thoughtful!
