Although it is a big hotel, you are still in the centre of attention, the staff is so nice!!! And the pool there with the special refine water is something outstanding!

Amazing stay with the best views. We arrived by bike with our 5 year old and we were super pleased with everything about our stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive and very patient with our little one. The food was great and the design of the common areas is really well done. Lots of space to relax, play games, read etc. There is a lot of space outside to enjoy the terrace and the amazing views of the valley and the mountains. They were even so kind as to drop us off to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of champagne. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it and our little guy didn't want to leave! Parking at Pass Thurm was easy and the path is easy to find and follow.

Relaxed environment. space for kids to spread out and play. Proximity to animals was especially loved by my children. The lovely family that runs the hotel invited my kids in to watch the cows be milked and fed Highlight of the trip!

Excellent cuisine at dinner. Nice breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was very cozy. The parking was very useful.

General: big rooms, very friendly staff, especilly our Bulgarian waiter - Nikolai (always "no problem", good wine adviser, speeking many languages), and bar staff- so fast, knowing all drinks, speeking even Polish! All inculsive: one of thes best what we ever been, delicious food, good strong alkoholos, wines choice. Swimmig pool outside: water temp. min. 30 deegre +++ , nice saunas area. And there wasn't any problem to have late check out. So we could ski in the morning last day. For skiers info: ski room - you must see, so big, ski boxes: huge, heated of course, equipped in 230V, 5V sockests. Hotel offers small shuttle bus for skiers in the morning.

Aktivhotel Schweizerhof Kitzbühel is located next to the Hahnenkamm Cable Car and offers ski to door access directly at the ski slopes. The centre of Kitzbühel is only a 2-minute walk away.
