Beautiful location, close to the Obertauern and Grosseck ski areas. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly with a lot of useful information provided at arrival. There was a very warm welcome. My son had a Birthday on Saturday. I asked for a candle in any kind of served desert at dinner. Instead we have got an amazing chocolate cake, Prosecco and kids bubbles as a surprise. It was very nice and much appreciated:) thank you for that . Hotel is located right at the slopes and has an amazing sauna area. Everyone was very nice and professional at the hotel, ready to share a smile and a joke .
