Carolyn and Paul have put their heart and soul and everything else into this amazing place and it shows. A sensational and unique boutique getaway experience not to be missed. My expectations were high, the reality of what they have achieved just blew me away and wonderful hard working and down to earth hosts. We had an amazing 2-night stay at Spicers Guesthouse! The restaurant was unbelievably good—we dined there twice and loved every dish. Our room was spacious with super comfortable beds, and the pool was perfect for hot days, with the jacuzzi warm and relaxing for morning dips. The staff were lovely, and everything was spotless. Thank you for our hobeymoon welcome :)

We booked a two bedroom apt and it was great. Spacious and clean. We stayed on the second floor and we could see the golf course. Very pleasant to wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. The swimming pool was good and they had a whirl pool. We had a garage where we could park our car and it was safe.

Everything about the resort was great. The room was lovely, large and spacious. The adult only pool was relaxing. The food and wine were great. The resort is close to places to visit. We particularly liked the cider brewery where you can get a sampler of 4 for 15 dollars. In the evening we took a walk around the grounds and saw fruit bats. We will definitely recommend this resort

    Everything was stunning. The property is beautifully maintained, and the cabins are excellently designed. I could tell a lot of thought had been put into guest experience. Highlight for sure was the hot tub, I was so relaxed. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It was spectacular waking up and watching the roos in the early morning fog while I had my cup of tea. Everything was modern, beautiful, and clean, and I appreciated the little touches they put into this place. This is a fantastic base to explore Hunter Valley.
