The staff on the reception was super friendly and kind. Exceptelly the man with short dark hair. Every wish was directly done. We are from Germany and had many questions. Before the check in and payment the staff shows us the garage because its very tight.

The most extraordinary place we have ever stay. This hotel puts many 5* in the shadows. Beautifully decorated to the highest standard and cleaned to a higher standard. Upon entering one feels at home and the staff were going above and beyond what was expected. Our room was enormous; tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The en-suite was spotless. Having travelled over 1800 miles from Bulgaria in the previous days we were given was can best be described as breakfast fit for a king, incredible cooked hot food, fresh breads, cheeses, hams, great coffee and orange juice. ( and then we were given pancakes. On the advice of the staff we visited the local town of Damme which itself was another great experience . I really wish I could have given a higher score in the ratings

I had a very nice welcome ( and goodbye) from Niek and Nelly ( the lovely dog ) with a lot of explanations concerning the surroundings, Niek was very helpful and friendly. The room is looking good and very comfortable with a sofa , a table and two chairs and has shutters. I had a beautiful view at the swimming pool and trees and slept well in the cosy comfortable bed. Good breakfast taken in the room. In the garden you can sit at tables and enjoy a drink from the bar (self-service) I had no difficulties with the parking situation, the large beautiful beach is 6 minutes away by foot, and no traffic in the street. I will come back.

    I liked the shampoo because it smelled like luxury 😊and everything was soo neat and tidy,the jacuzzi and pool was relaxing 😌 the staff were extremely kind with us I really enjoyed staying there

    Villa Paul is a beautiful little Villa and was perfect for our 3 people family. The stairs and bathroom/toilet will need a getting used to, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna make up for it. Also, the location is very convenient. What makes the stay even better is the host, Fon. Our questions were answered, and they were very kind to support us with late checkout because of a travel plan change.
