We came for the Hills of Rock festival, because Plovdiv was fully booked, and it was great. It had everything we needed, reasonable price, and excellent location in Asenovgrad near shops and a great park on the river. During the days we also visited the Asen’s Fortress and the Monastery of Bachkovo.

Staff very helpful. Elena helped us to print our boarding cards. Large clean room with a huge bed and a bath. There was a party in the restaurant that night but staff made us aware and it didn't impact on our visit. Good choice of breakfast Plenty of choices for food in the area Our first time in Asenovgrad and had a lovely stroll into town.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was very welcome and smiling all the time. For breakfast we had some traditional food for tasting. You also have a place for parking your car.
