This is an exceptional place to stay in. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, very quiet (didn't hear anything from the next door rooms), with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. There was a little hallway connecting the room with the bathroom and the entrance door was given extra sound proofing. The restaurant was nicely decorated in a traditional style and the food was delicious. Don't skip the breakfast; strongly recommend it :))) We tried mekitsi and grilled sandwiches with minced meat and cheese. There are spa amenities which include sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and more and they were included in the price, it was so relaxing to take a sauna and jacuzzi after a long ski day:)) I had a great experience there and definitely will go there again.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was comfortable and nicely designed. The wifi connection was very strong. It is a real boutique hotel here, especially there are many clean thermal pool options. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant offered a very rich open buffet breakfast and very delicious a la carte meals. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the thermal pool after skiing. Also the terrace bar in the facility was very nicely designed. Thank you for everything.

    The location is extremely beautiful, green and nice. The food was not perfect but good. The spa was working which is very nice after a long walk at the mountain. The relax room was amazing. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. If you have children it is the right place .

    The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) are very good. Moreover there is a playground for football and tennis. The complex is very spacious and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.
