Everything was awesome! Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

We had an amazing experience at Emaly 2. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and as a bonus, we had the best waiter who was on his first working day - very funny and helpful and made our experience even better. Thank you for such a great time

    This family owned hotel is very charming. We decided to stay here because of its location next to the 7 lakes hike. It met our expectations for the conviennent location but also surprised us with an amazing customer service, a rich and tasty breakfast and restaurant for the evening. The price is really low for all the amnesties included ( jacuzzi and spa). There is also plenty of space for parking which is convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at villa ema and will come back for sure.

    I loved the location. It is close to the lift for the seven Rila lakes . Rooms are good size and well decorated. Bathroom is specious . Breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a small but good spa corner. Overall our stay was very good.

    Great location close to Rila chair lifts, spa and pool area very relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, friendly staff and generally very comfortable.

    The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was a newly built place witih spotless rooms and bathrooms. The little jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great, although we weren’t too sure about the effect of the salt room. Nevertheless, they were great for relaxing after the day. A tiny issue with the booking was sorted out efficiently and without any fuss by the person on the front desk - a very positive attitude.
