Although it was renovated 4 years ago, the hotel is very well maintained, both the rooms and the common spaces. The hotel reception is very large. It has a restaurant plus two very cozy lobbies. There are two restaurants in the hotel, on the ground floor and the 1st floor, both with spaces for smokers and non-smokers. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest. Quiet setting. Good and safe place to go with kids, as the area is small and manageable. The beach is small and not crowded. The shuttle bus runs every two hours from the hotel to the beach and back to the hotel.

    Top location - very close to the beach with a direct path to go there without having to go thought the lobby The room and terasse were were spacious. The AC worked perfectly. Great bathroom. Everything there was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. A lot of different options to choose from. Staff was friendly. Swimming pool was okay. Spacious enough for all guests. The bar there also very comfortable. Check out is until 12 which gives more time for morning activities.
