Views views views!!!! Literally the closest hotel to Niagara falls. I was worried that the photos online could be misleading but our room had fantastic views just like the photos I've seen, if not better! Watched the sunset at the restaurant in the hotel and the sunrise from the room when we woke up and it was just phenomenal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting niagara falls for the first time.

Was able to see the falls from window, location was good to attractions and rainbow bridge ,bus transferers to accomidation ,room was cool due to the hot weather. Room size was very good.It was very clean . Staff were very helpful and spent time to help me out using the computer at reception. It did not matter if they were having a hard time talking to others but when i asked for help, they always had a smile which made it easier for me .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it really was a (couple of) night to remember. Check-in was easy, with envelopes on the door with our details in, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was unbelievably clean. Four of us visited and our rooms were clean, comfortable and had shampoo etc., towels and wine glasses in. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, seriously, not your average B&B fare, and the whole vibe and décor that you see in the photos looked just as good in real life. We're so glad we stayed here, it added something special to our visit and was a much better and interesting experience than staying in a boring hotel. The jacuzzi baths were lovely, the range of breakfast items was great and the cooked breakfasts were so fun. One morning we were served french toast with fruit and the next was egg in baskets, both were delicious and nicely presented. It was also a really quiet and peaceful place to stay. Couldn't hear any other guests and the area around the B&B is quiet too. It's only a 10 minute walk to the centre which was perfect. I would recommend anyone else coming to Niagara to stay here.

    Clean and comfortable room with a sizable hot tub. Fit two large adults easily with room to spare. Small bathroom with a small stand up shower and toilet Exactly what we wanted. Pool at the location looked nice but we didn't use it. Great location, right in the heart of the tourist district and easy to get everywhere.

    Outstanding views, great spa bath and helpful staff. The falls view room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the horseshoe falls and the jacuzzi style bath had shutters - when open you could see the falls from the bath.

    The view was perfect. Loved the two-level suite arrangement so teenage son could have some space. The separate tub and shower meant that the shower was much roomier than most. Jetted tub was very relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean, comfortable, with good service.

    The view of the falls, the breakfast and the jacuzzi bathtub in the room (on top of the pool + hot tub in the hotel) all exceeded our expectations. We were also very happy that we had free parking, a fridge, and a balcony. Overall great value for money, we would definitely recommend!
