The staff , esp the one who checked us in, was very warm and welcoming. We came in a bit early and we were even given a room upgrade that was ready for our early check-in. The location is perfect for harbor sunset walks, great restaurants, and bus trips and it is just a corner away from The Parliament bldg and the lake.

I stayed 5 days at the Fairmont Empress and was deeply impressed. The hotel itself is stunning, with a timeless elegance, and its location in the heart of Victoria is unbeatable. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional kindness and support of the Gold Concierge Team and the Lounge staff. They went above and beyond to help me navigate a difficult medical situation with compassion and care.     A great B&B in Victoria that provided everything we needed for one night! The bed was very comfortable and the room was incredibly spacious. The jacuzzi bath was a gorgeous treat for us! Marketa & the team were great hosts and extremely happy and helpful around the place. The breakfast the next morning was delicious & really set us up for the day. We will definitely be recommending this bed & breakfast to our friends!
