I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

The location was wonderful, there are no beaches, but you can get in the water through docks with stairs. The lake is so clear! Unfortunately, we were in one of the few rooms with no balcony and no view. There was construction going on a property a few houses away so this woke us up if we had the window open. There are lots of jogging/walking trails and places to chill by the water. It's worth the expense for a special occasion as a middle-class person, it is on the very expensive side. For the two nights, we stayed there, we did feel like royalty.

never wrote a review in my life but what an amazing stay! hospitality was better then the hotels i usually stay in. bathroom and bed where clean and spacious. the family is so nice and helpful even though there was a language barrier, cause i don’t speak german lol, we still communicated. breakfast was the highlight of the stay in my opinion. they prepare so much food that it will leave you full throughout the day. and let’s not forget that it was delicious as well. the animals were a good addition to my holiday as well because the made me feel like i’m still at home in some way.

This was truly the best stay in a charming little Swiss village. The hostess is absolutely amazing and so warm-hearted. The views are breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere feels wonderfully authentic. Having a stable right in the house is such a unique and special experience — it made our stay unforgettable. Brilliant location. Just around the corner from the train station and the town centre. Great transport links. Clean and tidy hotel. Rooms are cosy but perfectly formed for a short stay. I really like the decor throughout, with it's Japanese/ industrial style. Helpful staff, but there is also a self check in desk which is very handy. Bar on site with some sitting outside. There is also a place to eat. The bed was super comfortable. Quality pillows and covers. Brilliant shower also.
