One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Very comfortable beds with friendly staff . Breakfast was awesome , also serve dinner (17CHF which I think is reasonable). The amenities were very clean, no issues . There were also lockers you can use with a deposit 2CHF if needed . Oh the view of the great Eiger from the hostel and the dining place is priceless , worth every dime !!

Everything perfect. Top tier service. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. This is the peak of hospitality. Far better than most 5-star hotels. Next time I'm in Grindelwald, I will most definitely stay at Eiger Mountain Resort again and again and again. You won't find better service, comfort or convience anywhere else. Conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from the train stop. Superb breakfast with lots of food options to choose from. Superb.

Great views and location. We were given a beautiful room with an incredible view. The hotel is very complete and didn’t seem crowded. Breakfast if very good and has a spa (massages, pool, sauna, jacuzzi on the terrace outside with view on the mountains)

The service was impeccable: from check in to check out, breakfast and dinner service, also the car ride from and back the station. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms were really clean, especially the carpets and beds. Amenities were provided and cleaned. And of course, the view was great. Because the place was located slightly further (like 3 mins) away from where most of the other hotels in the main town were, you get to experience living in a cabin in the woods, and the view of the valley is unobstructed.
