Peter and the front office staff were really helpful, Peter went all the way to make sure i understand and get the right travel pass for our need, the room was spacious, the balcony was a plus, location is central, either way 10 minutes walk to interlaken ost / west .. and they gave the adapter inside the room as well

First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. Chef Jan mingled and engaged with clients throughout the meals, bringing a real personal and genuine touch to our stay.

Quiet place. Away from Interlaken. Pascal was great in explaining to us what to explore. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Given a room with a great view! Very easy to locate the place. Near to the railway station of wilderswil which is like 5 to 10 mins from Interlaken. Trains every 30mins to Interlaken or Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen. Staff were helpful

    I didn't see the message regarding check in but luckily the host arrived as we did to give me the keys. We were there before check in but able to leave luggage in the room and change before going out again. Drinks provided, bottle of prosecco which was nice! Jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing, used it every night. 5 minute walk from Interlaken West but in a very quiet area.
