Me and my husband had the loveliest stay. Even though it was a one night stay, it felt like a whole perfect weekend. The staff was exceptional - professional, kind, helpful, funny. They really made us feel as home and as valued guests. The room and view was amazing, spa and saunas just what we needed. Breakfast had a bit of all the main things: some bread, salmon, hams, some fruit, overnight oats, nuts and seeds, plus they made lovely omelett and pancakes. We will be going back.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Lovely rooms, the balcony was very comfortable and such good views!

Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

I’d give this 11/10 if I could. Honestly, Grindelwald far outdid any expectation I had, but the hostel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The view from our room was to die for, almost didn’t want to leave!
