It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.

The views from the pool area, terrace and the room was spectacular. I love how I was greeted and helped starting with the front desk and the valet crew as well as the service crew at the breakfast session. The hotel has a pleasant dining hall also with great views of the mountain and lake area which is breathtaking. I had a relaxing spa session which is highly recommended.

Fantastic self catering apartment with a great location close to the town. The apartment is smart with high quality facilities including - a washing machine, nespresso machine with a selection of pods provided, a high end kitchen, fast internet and 4k projector for watching movies etc. Our apartment had a balcony with a nice view down the valley. The famous Cresta run goes right past the front of the building (during the winter season). The access is quite steep so may not be suitable for people who have difficulty walking. A fantastic host, who answered all questions promptly. This was my first experience of booking an apartment, and it didn't disappoint, in fact it surpassed all my expectations. Thank you Ben.

The views from our hotel room were stunning and the staff were fantastic. we didn't get to use the wellness centre, but we did go down and have a look. Saunas, hot pools, etc. It looks amazing. Our dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety.
