We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . A great, calm, cozy hotel located next to the city church. The hotel has a large swimming pool by Zermatt standards and several saunas in the hammam. There is a small waterfall on the street near the jacuzzi. Thank you very much to the staff for their help in everything necessary.

Exceptionally good hotel all round. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast included in price, which seemed pretty good for Zermatt. The spa facilities were brilliant (large hot tub, sauna, and steam room), along with complementary use of pool in partner hotel nearby if desired. Nice touches were the provision of complementary lifts to and from the station, and afternoon cakes and fruit in the lounge. A really enjoyable stay.

The staff was so warm, helpful and welcoming. Very great service. Truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the balcony and the bed. The breakfasts were the peak of enjoyment - could find a better way to start the day, amazing quality of food. The spa area with a small pool, a jacuzzi and sauna is just enough to relax after the whole day of hiking in mountain which the hotel is only 5/7 min away from.
