Very comfortable for all nine of us! Only time we felt crowded was in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and very warm. Water pressure was strong, almost too strong, have to turn it on very slowly.

I've stayed in many hostels before, and this was definitely the best experience - a really friendly atmosphere, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. It's a perfect balance of small and familiar, but professional and comfortable. The courtyard with the pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. I will be staying here again the next time I am in Santiago!

    I had a really nice relaxing time there. The pool is great and also the places to chill around! They offer a hour jacuzzi for free and also a cinemaroom for watching netflixfilms. The kitchen is clean and nice, the bathrooms with soap and warm water. The bedsheets, pillars, matress were so comfortable - I slept like a baby :)
