I’ve been to over 20 countries and this was my favourite place of all time!! The main reason I say this is because I went in as a non-Czech speaker and I have never been treated with such kindness and level of accommodation before… The nice girl who checked me in was there every morning to explain how breakfast was going to work and brought out an English menu for me, I never had to ask. This place and that nice girl must be protected at all cost!!!

All was perfect. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very frendly. The room was big, clean and beautifaul. The pool area was amazing. The hotel isn't in the centre of the city, but in the centre of Brno there aren't many thing to do. Are better the woods, the rivers, the lake, the castes around the city. So hovever you have to take the car. If you want to relax yourself, to see beautifaul landsapes you need to go to ještěBrno!

Lovely staff with the just right pro-guest attitude, perfectly dosed attention and not overbearing. The room was clean and of a nice size. We particularly liked breakfast. The ambience in the restaurant was very pleasant and the selection of hot and cold food was sufficient. We appreciated the variety of pastries and very tasty scrambled eggs. Although we came very close to the end of the service, everything except fried eggs was still available. However, I am sure if we had asked for some, we would have gotten them, but since the scrambled were still very silky and fluffy, we felt no need!

Exceptional hospitality, nice waterfront location. Great value for money, especially considering an incredible breakfast buffet. All the amenities (spa, kid's room). They left special little shampoos, candy and tiny slippers for our daughter and even set up a bed for her without us specifically asking for it. 10/10 would recommend!
