Hospitality and good contact of owners. Very nice and intriguing location. The palce is located in very close neighbourhood of the Old Town thus limited parking places, but there is good free parking in the real nearby distance. Before arrival we got all information in practical, comprehensive form (including also parking options). Owners and their family are really nice and helpful.

    Spa and pool were great. The balcony and outside terrace were really nice. Staff were very helpful. Even though the restaurant was closed the first evening the staff helped us order a takeaway pizza and gave us plates and cutlery from the restaurant, and served drinks. We actually didn't leave the hotel for the three days we were there, it was so relaxing. Also like the fact we could just get the local bus from the railway station and it stops directly outside the hotel entrance.

    Sauna and hot tub are great additions for relax, apartment is clean and nicely theemed. There is a huge load of games to entertain you. If you want to cook, you can, if you have dirty clothes, there is a washing machine. Even a minibar is here. Just about anything you might need for a comfy stay is present. Car parking next to the apartment is available with plenty of free spaces. The owner is communicative and kind.

    Several attractions of Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in 20-30 minutes. You can swim or take a bath next to your room. The rooms are clean and have enough space for stuff. The breakfast is delicious and varied.
