The spa and food and the crowning jewels of this hotel. Our room was so quiet and peaceful- the quietest hotel room we have ever had. The spa ist absolutely first class. The dinner and breakfast are excellent and with very high quality produce.

I liked everything. We were welcomed by a glass of a fine sparkling wine. Our room had a view to Neuschwanstein Castle and beautiful farms with cows grazing. We could hear their bells. The room was very comfortable, elegantly decorated and very cozy. The staff was really nice and everything we asked of them was attended right away. The pool had a view to the castle and was comfortably warm. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for everyone.

Very clean, comfortable, tasty and rich breakfast options. Surprise - reserved, nicely decorated table for breakfast for my birthday // didn't expect this. Swimming pool and sauna in the house. Just come and enjoy. Easy to get by car to different objects to see in all directions, that was perfect for us. Various entertainment options for smaller children (play room, outside children playground). Real hotel for family not only in words, but in all actions, a lot of families were there to enjoy this, never seen hotel like this before. All the best!

Great breakfast and nice brunch with soup&cake, stunning outdoor pool with Mountain View, nice spa and wellness. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean. Absolutely loved the fact that it’s so historic and the fireplace area was just a dream!

This hotel is an historic one but renovated to modern comforts and conveniences. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had no difficulty speaking to them in English. The breakfast was also very high quality and diverse compared to other hotel breakfasts.
