We arrived late at night and Leonie gave us the most warmest welcome. The staff are very attentive, and the spa and pools are great. Many indoor and outdoor facilities for the children. Breakfast is amazing. During our stay Leonie and her team took great care of us and nothing was too much trouble. We left early in the morning and received a very generous and tasty breakfast for the road too. Can't recommend this place enough, we will be back!Guest review byZsofiaFamily with young children

It is very family-friendly and there is much attention paid to details for adults as well as for the little ones. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help. It has a mix of traditional and modern styles. The gardens are beautifully designed with a Japanese touch. The indoor playground Tegernsee Phantastisch is amazing for the small (~2 years) and bigger kids as well.
