The whole resort, from the rooms to the common areas, were impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and diligent. Both indoor and outdoor heated pools were indispensable in the Egyptian winter! I really enjoyed the breakfast for it had a nice variety of Egyptian breads and tasty spreads. Lunch and dinner were also very good. Recreation team very uplifting and fun!

Beautiful hotel in a very secure private area that contains a few other Makadi hotels which you can visit and use their facilities too. We booked the Junior Suite with the Sea View and absolutely loved it. The room was really nicely decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the sea and the swimming pool was fantastic. The hotel offers a buffet style dinner or a selection of a la carte restaurants. We didn't get a chance to try the buffet, but the a la carte restaurants were really good. As vegetarians, we liked the Asian one the most. The area has a really nice long strip of the beach where you can stroll in the mornings. Also, we were really surprised how good the yoga classes were. Usually the hotels have a very basic class, but we really enjoyed the ones offered here. The air yoga is a must try, but the spaces are limited, so make sure to come early to get yours. We'd like to thank Mr. Hanna for all his help during our stay. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Definitely recommend the place to all our friends and family.

We visited this hotel 6 times, I would absolutely recommend it especially for families. It has a great choice and variety of food and drinks. There are lots of activities especially for kids like the aqua park. Rooms are very comfortable. The service is really outstanding. Pool area has entertainment during all day time for all ages. The beach is only a few min away which is also reachable by the hotel shuttle. The hospitality of the staff at Serenity Alma Heights is truly exceptional. Thanks to the front office team. Special thanks there to Ziad for helping us with every issue we had, you are really very hard working. You made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks a lot to the guest relation manager Corinna and to Maria. Both of them are super kind and helped us a lot in our vacation, we had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel, beach, service, food - everything was amazing. We loved sandy beaches a lot, especially kids enjoyed it. People working there are also very attentive, Rahim from customer service was very helpful, the staff working in restaurants, bars were very professional. I got sore throat from AC and thanks to Rahim And Amir in lobby bar who did a tea with lemon which made by Amir at the bar I got better soon. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahim , staff at reception, restaurants, chef of the restaurant at the beach, staff at the bars, beach, staff of car drivers etc. for making the trip so memorable. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds extremely comfortable. I loved the location of our room, close to the pool and Aqua park that my kids loved. The food at the main hotel restaurant was exceptional, so much variety we couldn't possibly try it all. We definitely ate far too much and it was all delicious. I loved the location, the beach was beautiful and the garden's absolutely stunning. There are enough pools that even when the resort was full it wasn't over crowded and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitely value for money and all the extras were such a surprise!

    Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

    Lobby area. Beach is one of the best in Hurghada I really recommend! Sun loungers were very comfortable! Food was good. Staff were very good. Internet is working perfectly in all resort area. We got free upgrade to Chalets which were amazing. The room was very big and spacious, same as balcony. We had side sea view. Big bathroom. I recommend going to massage, it was perfect.

Sun bathing brilliant. Spa excellent, we had a Cleopatra & Turkish combo treatment. Location central for day excursion to Archaeological sites Valley of Kings in Luxor. Pleasantly surprised.
