The whole block is a little piece of art with incredible amount of attention to detail. Think jacuzzi, Japanese loo, art, and, most importantly, space. The ceiling is easily 3 meters high, the bathroom as large as some livingrooms. Not to mention the shared facilities of a gorgeous rooftop and a common room.
