Came to Tenerife for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. We wanted to relax and so booked this place. It's a really lovely place. Very big but also quiet. There is a small spa (€ 25 for 90 min) and two big pools. When we were there in December, the water was a bit cold but still ok to swim. We also had dinner in the two restaurants and tried the buffet several times. Buffet is a bit of a hit or miss. Especially if you are vegetarian. You really need to have a car to get here. Staff were all very friendly.

Lovely cozy unusual place! Perfect for couples or groups of friends who prefer to avoid touristy places, wanna be in a romantic secluded place with all the comforts. It's located in the middle of a banana plantation. Peace and quiet all around, with birds singing. At night, stars, the moon, and absolute silence. There's a pool, jacuzzi, a small nice sauna and a truly wonderful open terrace with tables on an elevated level, right among the treetops of the banana plants. The room, or rather the apartment with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms where I stayed, was impeccably clean. The scent was delightful, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen was fragrant and fresh, and the kitchen towels were spotless, the toilet and shower - excellent clean. There were the welcome bottle of wine. The only thing you need to be aware of is the check-in process and communication with the reception. There are no English-speaking staff at the reception. If you don’t speak Spanish, you will have to rely entirely on Google Translate to communicate. Secondly, the check-in process itself: when you arrive, it’s very likely that no one will answer the phone and reception will be closed. You’ll need to find, on your own, a set of printed instructions and your room number placed on a wooden bench to the right of the hotel entrance. You’ll see your name there along with all the necessary information. Other guests helped me find this, and later, newly arriving guests saw me and asked for help—and I assisted them in the same way. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive - if you manage to catch them😁 There’s one more thing you should take into account. If, like me, you are a solo traveler without a car, be aware that the road leading to the hotel goes through a banana plantation, and it is completely unlit after dark—all the way to the hotel. It’s about a 10-minute walk.

I recently stayed at this wonderful home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was perfect, the house itself was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly kind and provided excellent communication throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. One of the stays that we will definitely remember for a long time! Beautiful place, very impressively decorated with all the necessary amenities. The hosts took care of the smallest detail so that we did not miss anything during our stay. Carefully decorated and very clean rooms, beautifully scented towels and linens. Fresh flowers in a vase, fruit and country eggs were waiting for us - extremely nice! The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is basically the only property in the area. Each room overlooks an outdoor courtyard, so you have to go outside (under a roof) to get to the toilet or kitchen. However, this was not a problem at all, but rather a very interesting experience :) The large inner courtyard has sun loungers, a table with chairs and a heated Jacuzzi. The garden in front of the house has a beautiful view of the sea, the Teide volcano, palm trees and banana fields. We would love to return!
