We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

A 10/10 hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds, perfect location to shops & restaurants and 10-15 minutes to Palma centre. Breakfast was amazing! Friendly and Helpful staff. Will book again on my next trip in the summer 👍

23-27 Feb 2024 - hotel is good connected to the city center (25) but also to the airport by bus ( A2) -the hotel has a very supportive stuff and Lady Pilar from Management helped me in my requests - the hotel stuff is putting efforts into making everyone happy -I had demi-pension and the food was above my expectations. It was simply delicious. It was a nice surprise to enjoy every evening another type of food. Breakfast was also very good. Many options for the vegetarians. - the restaurant manager was an the site every time making sure that everything goes smoothly - the smell in the hotel was nice. -the room was very comfortable. I have used AC on heating and it was an optimal temperature. -the garden was a nice place to enjoy a coffee - behind the hotel there is a park where I used to walking before the breakfast - the beach is very close and also very close to a promenade place -hotel is close to the Aquarium Palma ( where I as and it was a very nice experience)

The location is very good. It's by the sea, with only a road in between. There is no private beach; it's open to everyone. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds daily if you want (not belonging to the hotel). The sea is sandy and clean; I liked it. There is a large grassy area with sunbeds by the hotel's pool, so spending time there and going to sea for swimming and coming back is also an option since the beach is very close by. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. There are many restaurants and markets around the hotel; it's a very busy area. It's 10-15 minutes by taxi or 20-25 minutes by bus to the airport. If you want to go to the center of Palma, you can take the buses that depart from just ahead of the hotel, and it takes about 20-25 minutes. I stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was a buffet with a sufficient variety. The dinner was chosen from an à la carte menu, including a starter, main course, and dessert. The meals were generally tasty, and the portions were large. The room was quite small but comfortable. It had a balcony, a safe, and a minibar. Some people complained about the noise, but since my room was facing the back, I didn't experience any discomfort. However, there are unfortunately a lot of drunk Germans in the area. Since my room was above the reception, the Wi-Fi signal was also very good. The only issue was that the shower door was leaking, and the lack of a door separating the bathroom could be a problem for those going with a friend. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean.
