A great little property within easy walking distance of the centre of Abbeville. Stunning gardens (with apple orchard and a river), a lovely pool, and two beautifully decorated bedrooms. It is all on the flat, so perfect for me as a wheelchair user, although note that there are no specific accessibility features (such as handrails by the bathroom or widened doorways) so check in advance if you need specific accessibility features. For us, it was an ideal little base for our family weekend away. Beautiful, inside and out, and so quiet.

The host was amazing, so communicative and came to meet us at the property. The house was beautifully decorated, and so cosy. There was plenty of space and the amenities were great. We can’t thank Emilie enough for how caring she was when we had to book last minute!

A very warm welcome, nothing too much trouble for our hosts. Ample parking, house lovingly renovated by the owners. Excellent food, locally sourced and catered for our gluten free requirements. Highly recommended.

Felt very special to stay in this esthetic house on our way to Saint Malo. Nice welcoming, good French breakfast (very nice honey!), wide backyard with lots of space to walk around, green spaces, we even saw a cute wild cat one night. Very clean also, nothing to complain really. We had the terra room.

    We stayed at Les Myrrhophores on the way to Paris from London. What a great place to go overnight! The room was lovely, and the bed comfortable; it was an excellent value as far as we could tell. The spa was excellent and very relaxing; spa pool, sauna, and cold shower! Unfortunately, we didn't get to share the owner's cooking, as it was the festive season, but he let us use the dining area to eat our food.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family. It was a very clean and large apartment with plenty of space. We were able to use the pool, which was very much needed to relax after a long drive and enjoyed a drink at the bar after, served by very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

    Breakfast good. Paid extra for full breakfast - fruit juice, cheese. cold meats, cereal, bread, croissants, coffee. Room excellent comfy bed separate lounge and en-suite, Gated on site secure parking. Indoor swimming pool which we used on arrival. This place is a modern retirement property that lets out spare rooms but everything was immaculate and a good friendly 24 hour reception.

    Rather than a single room like a hotel we had two spacious bedrooms, a large living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, all spotlessly clean. The grounds were well kept and the staff were super friendly. The bar was open 8-8 (it is an old people’s home). You can’t really say there is a restaurant, but there are lots of delivery options but better still a full kitchen so you can make your own if you want.

    Ideally located within the town and an hour from Calais. Warm welcome at reception. The apartment was modern, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had a job and microwave. Complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and even bath robes. Full instructions for TV Chanels and bed was comfortable. Able to order food up until 7pm from the restaurant and there was a breakfast option.
