we had a wonderful stay at the Bonheur Frontalier. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, including moving their car to make it eadier for my friend who has reduced mobility to access the building, and carrying some of our bags upstairs. The continental breakfast was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioned room was superb. We LOVED the walk-in shower.

An interesting and curious place. It’s a cabin with lots of wood; especially industrial chipboard, but, is comfortable and clean. It has a kitchenette with all you need. The bed and the big whirlpool bath are in the same room so you need to know who you are with well! The bed was good with clean bedding. Towels and toiletries provided. The toilet is separate. Breakfast is provided. A small but private courtyard with table and chairs. Across the car park chickens and pot bellied pigs. It’s set back from the main road where, fortunately for me, there is a friterie at the crossroads.

    The entrance courtyard looks lovely, the hotel has obviously been very beautiful and well-loved in the past and has lovely original features. We stayed in the king suite with spa bath and the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.
