Bernard and Ta were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Bernard was so helpful with advice about the area and restaurants. The accommodation was exceptional, our room was beautiful with views overlooking the lake. The breakfast every day was delicious , freshly cooked croissants and bread. Tea’s scrambled egg was amazing. The only disappointment was that we were not at Les O for the Thai meal that Ta was cooking for the guest. We will have to return. I can’t recommend Les O enough.

A great location with a super cool building design. The entire design is lovely and the hot tub was a great relief and design. It also felt great to get to make a fire again in a while. The house also has some phenomenal views in the morning

The hotel is located in a small and extremely nice location far from the stress and very touristic Annecy. There is a lokal in-expensive bus that can take you to Annecy so no need to to stay in ”town”. Hotel has everything and the lake is beautiful. There are local great reausturants. Staff is very helpful and speak excellent english. Parking is not easy, but hotel parking inside gates is appreciated. Great beds.

We loved the stunning views of Lake Annecy and that we were away from the larger towns. The room had a spectacular view. The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.

The location was great, just a few minutes away from the nice beach at the lake. The sunset was really nice from there. I took a cold bath in the lake and came back to the pool. It was ammmmazing. Also the swimming pool especially the sauna and the cold bath was great. My friend tried the sauna/cold bath for the first time and she also loved it so the cold bath was also not too cold for beginners. The pool area was a bit crowded on Saturday afternoon but in the morning it was not so occupied. The room was also comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also nice. You can have a nice view of mountains and the lake from the restaurant as well.

    The fantastic host, incredible house with the most fantastic interior. The colors, the furnitures. The view! Spa included. Amazing breakfast with homemade yoghurt, granola, jam and just super delicate. This is a cool warm family that has a unique boutique hotel. Want to move in!

    Les O d'Annecy is located on a hillside next to Lake Annecy. It offers the most spectacular views. Our room had all the facilities we needed. Lovely bath products and French linen sheets. Breakfast was delicious featuring local cheeses, home made jams, yoghurt, bread and croissants. Bernard and Ta are excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
