Exactly as described. No shortage of logs or hot water. Plenty of towels and robes were a nice touch. Good welcome pack and a well equipped kitchen including cleaning products. Super clean and very nicely presented.

Gorgeous old house oozing character. Lots of things to get interested in, books, games, pictures, pianos, toys...kids didn't ask for screen time once. Location was beautiful. Edward was lovely and kind.

It was better than expected, pictures don’t do it justice. Everything we needed was provided plus extras and it was all perfectly clean. We were only there 2 nights but would definitely go back for a longer stay

    The staff were excellent and very friendly. The SPA area was very relaxing as was the pool and hot tub. We ate in Charlies both nights and the food was superb as was the atmosphere. Breakfast had a great selection to cater for all tastes. The room (102) we had had all the amenities coffee tea and shower was really powerful

    Amazing hotel, spa facilities were stunning - really enjoyed the outdoor pool / saunas / jacuzzi / cold plunge. Room was a lovely size, very comfortable bed. Dinner in both restaurants was great and great selection at breakfast. Golf course very well tended. Gym quite small and struggled for space slightly when busy. However loved the whole experience - we felt so relaxed and didn’t want to go home! Will definitely return!

    Gorgeous, clean and spacious lodge, perfect for 4 people. Incredible facilities with wood fired hot tub, bbq, outside lounge area. Our hosts Maggie & Archie were lovely - had the log fire & hot tub on for us arriving.

    Nice rooms. Nice bathroom. Handy chrome cast on tv. Nice toiletries. Nice staff. Nice bar/restaurant areas. Nice spa facilities. Very relaxing spa area.

    - delicious food - afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast were all super tasty. My cosmopolitan cocktail was also delicious! - gorgeous relaxing spa - lovely pool, hot tub and sauna plus the relaxation area were just lovely. We stayed one night and used it on the afternoon and the morning we left (you can use it up to 1pm on the day you check out) - comfy bed and nice comfy window seat. Only thing I’d like is a bath rather than a shower but I knew that when I booked.

    Lovely tranquil location surrounded by parkland and countryside. The pool, saunas and jacuzzis were excellent, as was the relaxation area adjacent. Food was tasty albeit a tad pricey. The restaurant had a nice ambience and outlook. Our superior castle room was spacious and clean with tasteful decor. The championship golf course is challenging and scenic, and was in surprisingly dry condition in spite of previous rain.
