The rooms were lovely and large with a mini kitchen . The restaurant food was very good and very reasonable. We had gammon the best I have had for ages. Service efficient. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. To top it all, a lovely golf course with amazing views could not ask for more .

Spotless accommodation, comfortable and very spacious. You walk in to the well equipped kitchen, which leads to the dining area, then three steps down to the sunken living room which is wonderful. Plenty of seating, cosy, huge tv if needed, log burner. Would be lovely to come here at Christmas or for an occasion with another couple, there is plenty of room. Toilet and shower on the ground floor and another toilet, and a roll top bath with shower attachment on the first floor where the bedrooms are located. Lovely hot water, dressing table area, ironing board and iron, laundry basket (there’s a laundry room on the premises). The beds are very comfortable, had a lovely nights sleep. My daughter loved the private hot tub area and the farm animals. The kitchen is well equipped, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer, plenty of utensils, glasses, plates and cutlery. We only prepared a basic breakfast as we ate out, but you could easily cook a roast/ large meal for the whole family here and we would have if we had stayed longer. The farm is set in ample grounds if you fancy a walk, there’s also a park area for children. A good location, with many attractions only a short car drive away. Around 3 miles to the nearest beach and 1.5 miles to the nearest pub. Leanne, the host is usually around the farm area tending to the animals, if you need anything she’s on hand and is very responsive on email too. It was very peaceful and quiet, a perfect place to stay in bed, relax and unwind. It feels very safe. There are well appointed recycling areas so it’s easy to get rid of your waste responsibly. A very enjoyable stay and we would definitely return.

The house was stunning, so much space to relax in. The games room was fantastic for the children. The use of the laundry room was an additional benefit. Rooms very clean, loads of towels, and everything you could need in the kitchen.The hot tub was amazing. We will definitely come back again. Very good value for money. Host was really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic B&B! Where to start... the room was very comfy and to the highest standard. The facilities were second to none, pool, saunas, and hot tub. Lovely quiet location. The hosts were brilliant, and the breakfast was perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oakley!

Lovely clean lodge with hot tub, huge secure garden. Well equipped kitchen, you could prepare an entire meal here. 2 large sofas and some games provided. Bedrooms have lots of storage. One double bedroom with a single bed and one double with en-suite. It was cosy and tranquil. The sun moves around the lodge so you can get sun at any time of day. There’s a picnic bench by the hot tub which is private and decking and a bench at the back, with lovely views. You can watch the sunset and there’s a glimpse of the sea. Huge tv and work station too is a bonus. There’s a fire here but we didn’t use that as it was June. The walk to the beach wouldn’t be suitable with small children as there’s no pavement so it’s quite tight and a bit hilly but we knew the area well. Local Nisa and Londis. Easy drives to local beaches, Llangrannog beach and the Pentre arms pub are gorgeous. Everything nice and easy to use, we didn’t need to contact our host.

Absolutely amazing, yurt was exceptional and carol was great. Lovely quiet and relaxing few days away with lovely scenery and wildlife. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be returning for a second visit.
