Lovely spacious room with a small living room. The spa facilities were really nice, with a warm outdoor jacuzzi and hot tub. Close to Richmond riverside so easy to walk into town for lunch and dinner. Definitely recommend.

The spa was a little disappointing, the pool was nice, but the outdoor jacuzzis and areas were small and mostly in shade. It was busy, which meant access to the jacuzzi was limited. We did not take advantage of the other facilities though. The decor and facilities in the rooms was lovely.

The spa facilities are really lovely. Great range of indoor and outdoor pools / jacuzzis and nice sauna and steam room. The first bedroom we were offered was quite dark but the staff were great about letting us switch to one with more natural light. Overall vibe of the hotel was relaxed and attractive. Lovely shower and comfy bed.

Excellent in-room facilities: kettle and Nespresso, air con, good range of TV options, free gin, mini bar (reasonable charges) excellent shower pressure, very comfy bed. Pool big enough to exercise, outdoor jacuzzi lovely even in the rain, sauna and steam room. Had a really good massage and there's a relaxation room to chill in after. Restaurant food OK (not brilliant) but service very good. On site parking.

We had a fantastic stay here. Delicious food (cooked breakfast of choice in addition to continental buffet breakfast) and dinner (prawn and crab burger with wasabi mayo) was particularly yummy. Spa facilities were great, loved the outside hot tubs, steam room and hanging beds to lounge on. Hotel decor is great. Nice views near the hotel from the hill and not too far from Richmond Station which we walked to for an evening out.

That Hotel smell. It is amazing. Outdoor heated pool. Outdoor jacuzzis. Very comfy bed. Heated towel rack in the bathroom. Very nice shower.
