Our hotel of choice, when staying in central London. So close to St James Park (squirrel cuteness overload!), to the Mall, to Buckingham Palace, to the theatres, to Piccadilly, Oxford, Regent Street, to Trafalgar, the shops, museums... It's very practical. The staff is very efficient and courteous, and our room was very comfortable (we would have preferred a bathtub, though). The breakfast menu is good, but nothing out of the ordinary. We never tried the afternoon tea because we had other plans. Highly recommended and we'll be back in December for some more theatre-time and to enjoy the Christmas decorations.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. There was a minor issue during my stay, but the team immediately sprang into action—it was all hands on deck, and they resolved the situation efficiently and professionally. Their dedication to excellent service really stood out. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's situated near two metro lines, making travel across the city a breeze. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering even more transportation options. Whether you're exploring local attractions or commuting, this hotel makes it easy. I highly recommend it for its fantastic hospitality and excellent location!"

The hotel was excellent. It is close to St. Paul's Church, the Millennium Bridge and a 7-minute walk to the Tate Modern. The hotel staff are courteous and welcoming. Spacious, clean rooms, cleaning and changing towels every day. Every day they left us 2 bottles of water in the room and filled coffee capsules. Breakfast was excellent and very varied.
