There is so much good to say about Dimitra's Studios I don't even know where to start. Rooms: beautifully designed with marine elements, clean and have all the amenities you might need (fridge, cooker, toaster etc.). Other areas: there is a beautiful garden, amazing rooftoop with sunbeds where you can admire stars at night, or get some tan during the day, and a small swimming pool for refreshment. Location: directly by the promenade for walking or jogging, 5-10 minutes on foot from cafes, restaurants, great beaches and large supermarket. Host: Dimitra is wonderful, helpful and caring, she really wants her guests to have the best experience, I've never met a nicer host than her! Kalyves: this town has everything you need without business typical to bigger cities, you can rent a car, use public transport to get to Chania, Rethymno, or book a tour to other locations (Elafonisi, Balos, etc.) in a local travel office.

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

We loved this villa - it was really stylish both in the design overall and the choice of furnishings and equipment. It was a stunning place to relax and have fun. The pool was really good - big and deep enough to dive into and great both for swimming laps or just floating around in. There are beautiful views and the position is good with lovely local beaches very close by ( 2 mins drive/10 mins walk), There’s a great water sports centre at the beach. The villa host, Alex, was excellent and could not have gone to more trouble, including making sure there was some delicious food waiting for us when we arrived late due to plane delays. Also there was a generous supply of all the little things you need eg coffee pods, washing machine powder, rubbish bags, shampoo, toothbrushes, bleach etc. A superb, stunning villa with every detail thought of.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

We recently stayed at Kiani Beach Resort and had an absolutely unforgettable experience! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible animation team. A huge shout-out to the Kids Club stars — Lily, Laerke, Vivy, Dani, and of course Batu, Scott, Farheed, Mr. Ireland, and Mr. Germany (apologies for not remembering everyone’s names — but rest assured, each one of you was equally amazing and entertaining!). Our kids were happily engaged from morning till night with a variety of fun, creative, and well-organized activities, giving us the chance to truly relax. And it wasn’t just for the kids — the team made sure we adults were part of the fun too, with games, fitness sessions, and great entertainment throughout the day. Their energy, warmth, and passion were unlike anything we’ve experienced in our travels across 30 countries. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Whether it was the rooms, restaurants, or pool areas, every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was simply unmatched. If you’re looking for a genuinely family-friendly resort where kids are joyfully occupied and adults feel just as pampered, Kiani Beach Resort is the place to be. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We had a really nice holiday! Whole hotel was very clean, it is situated in nice Beach area with a little creak. It was really nice to have a meal and watch duks in the river. Our room cleaning crew was very nice and helpful and spécial thank to Penelope at the front desk. She can do miracles. She arranged for us late check out, our flight was at the night and with two small kids, it was so useful. Food was great, kids enjoyed little pancakes every morning and they were over the moon with ice cream bar.

An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.
