I had a great experience staying in Heraklion. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything I needed. They helped me arrange taxis when I needed them and gave great local recommendations for places to eat nearby – all of which were spot on! It made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm and attentive support throughout – thank you!

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and close enough to walk to all the main sights, restaurants etc. Great taste in decoration. Special 'bravo' to the hot tub in the terrace. A gorgeous little corner of the apartment! The shower room is slightly narrow but the shower itself is a very good size. And there is a lot of storage for toiletries. Christine is very attentive to guests' needs and the welcome pack is surprisingly good. Highly recommend.

Mirto luxury apartment is a lovely spacious apartment not far from the centre of Heraklio. The owner of the apartment, Konstantina, and her sister are very warm ,friendly,welcoming hosts who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make you feel at ease. Everything about the apartment was explained to me clearly, and messages when booking were answered very quickly. The apartment itself is very cosy, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. There is also a jacuzzi in the salon that is available for a small charge of €20 if you wish to use it..if your on holiday.. Why not!!?? The bed is very comfy and you get a good night's sleep as the area is very quiet. There is parking directly outside, so there is no having to leave your car parked on the street,which I love!! I loved staying here, and I am already looking to book with Konstantina again for August. Thank you very much for your warm welcoming hospitality, Konstantina, I'm looking forward to coming back very soon!!😊

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

Breakfast choices were amazing, so much and the fruit smoothie juices were fabulous. The spa was amazing and is a must use, massages brilliant. Beds extremely comfortable and private jacuzzi is awesome.

    Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, in proximity to all attractions. Communication and check-in were convenient and simple. The bed was comfortable and kitchen functional. There is a washing machine and a lovely jacuzzi bath. The internet worked flawlessly. The decor is tasteful.
