The location is close to the port. The villa is beautiful, clean, equipped with all the appliances needed for a long stay. The garden has a playground for children. The private pool is very clean, maintained daily and was the children's attraction. We felt great in this location!

The room was spotless and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect — close to the beautiful Karavostasi beach. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. What truly made this experience stand out was the kindness and support from the owner. We had a health issue during our stay due to a stomach virus, and the owner went above and beyond to help us find medical assistance quickly. We are so grateful for the care and genuine concern shown — it made all the difference and truly speaks to the level of hospitality here. Thank you again for everything. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a nice hotel, but a place where guests are genuinely cared for.

If you want to refresh yourself at a nice and quiet hotel in the nature, this place is for you. It is just in front of the beach. There is a nice pool for both adults and children. The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was delicious. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely come again.

First of all we loved the very warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival and our 2 1/2 year old daughter was also warmly embraced. The hotel is stunning with a fantastic location with amazing views all around. We loved the food and were impressed with the overall quality and service. The staff are so friendly, cheerful and helpful - they could not do enough for us. All the facilities were very well kept with the beautiful beach at easy walking distance for us as a family and the pool to enjoy for us all - with the addition of the paddling pool. It is the staff that help make a place work and the owners care and attention to detail is clearly reflected and embraced by all those there to make the holiday a wonderful experience.

These studio rooms whilst dated and basic, are a great size..if you are used to to old fashioned Greek ways you will have no problem..i loved our stay...close to Kavos strip and beach in a quiet location. Typically old fashioned Greek and the hosts are wonderful! So very very peaceful..no fighting for the lovely little pool or sunloungers which are situated both in a sunny spot and more sheltered area under fruit trees for the very hot days..garden is beautiful..views are terrific..only 8 rooms, a mix of one bedroom and two bedroom..cleaned and fresh sheets and towels daily.. Guests are a mix of all ages and nationalities..if you want to be able to sleep in peace day and night whilst being handy to the bustle of Kavos then certainly a great option..our two teenagers loved the 'jungle' experience through the little short cut.. I will look forward to returning!!..Many Thanks!

As soon as we arrived, George met us at his restaurant, provided us with welcome drinks and then drove us to the villa. The villa was very well equipped and also secluded from the nearby hotel to give privacy, but the pool and bar were available for use, which allowed us to also relax with a good atmosphere. George helped us with contacts for taxi services as well as inviting us to eat at his restaurant which was the best food we had on our stay. Overall, a great stay, the villa was perfect and spacious, and George’s accommodation and help was always above and beyond. 100% recommend
