Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

The best sea views are here in this hotel. Just pay attention: from a room the views are better for 2-persons room. We had triple room this time, so enjoyed views from terrace. The hotel has a also maybe best breakfast which is very tasty. The beach is small but sandy. The restaurants and other beaches car is advisable.

Amazing garden with fresh green grass. Enough space to park 3-4 cars. Always a hot water, with also a second shower and toilet on the backside of the house.

Excellent Luxury villa into the middle of the nature and quite. The city of N.Marmaras was 3minutes by free bucycles of the villa! The sea for swimming was right in front of us. The view of the sea from the villas amazing, especially in the afternoon. Because we went in September, our private pool as well as the jacuzzi were all warm and heated. We had private parking too with an EV charger for our electric car! Everything was great. We had the possibility to order breakfast from the bakery close to us every morning with delivery to our villa. The manager of the villas was very polite and helpful. Although there were 2 villas, we had absolute privacy with trees between the villas, and we had exclusive use of our garden with living room, bicycles, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The inside of villa was absolutely great with everything you need to stay. Luxury rooms. Smart Tv's everywhere and very high speed wifi!!!!! We highly recommend these villas. We will definitely go again.

From check-in late at night to check-out, I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and accommodating. Decent breakfast and room was comfortable and very well maintained. Amazing view of the sea. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
