Beautiful apartment, very modern and spacious for what we needed. Walkable to local bars and restaurants, but also in a quiet location. Massive thanks to the hosts for decorating the suite for my partners birthday and leaving a bottle of wine. They were also helpful in suggesting hire cars and places to eat locally as we were there out-of-season.

Stay here was amazing, modern furnished hotel, no noise, charming views, staff very responsive. The food is very varied and tasty. Special thanks to Sheff. The hotel is located on a hill, there are no strong winds, as in other places. Clean sea. The sun lounger swing by the sea and pool is amazing! Market is close and you can rent a scooters nearby, which will help you to explore the island yourself. Note that the shower in the room has no door, the toilet has a glass door, but there is a wonderful balcony where you can take your partner out if necessary. Vasily, a separate attraction of this hotel. Good Casper Assistant!

I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !!
