We stayed three nights, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff took care of every detail to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Alex for his warm welcome and the special attention given to our son upon arrival. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The service was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the spa and pool, met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The dining options were also outstanding, with a varied and high-quality breakfast. At our departure, Charles showed great kindness toward us and our child, making a perfect end to our stay. Location was a short taxi from the harbour front as we were staying for the Clockenflap festival. The mall below was wonderful. We spent a lot of time shopping and eating at the restaurants there. We also enjoyed some time resting by the pool and in the hot tub after checking out. The breakfast restaurant was really nice, we enjoyed our meal there.
