absolutely loved this hotel , classy and luxurious . Everything was perfect , wished we stayed longer. Amazing pool with swim up bar, sauna and spa amazing , gym amazing, rooms stunning, breakfast top notch and staff were super nice. Parking was tight but you can pay for a pass to park in their overflow, easy walk into Makarska. Would definitely return

Fantastic ! This Mediterranean 4 star stone villa stands for everything, which can be called a relaxing vacation. After starting my day with a workout in the private on-site gym, I enjoyed a tasty breakfast, and relaxed at the pool in the privat garden. Being located in heart of the old town offers a variety of lunch options just outside Casa Columba. Finally I spent the rest of the day at the beautiful nearby beach until the sunset. In the evening starting from 18:00 o’clock the ground floor and garden area of Casa Columba is turning into a cosy Wine & Cocktail Bar called the „Urban Garden“, also offering typical Dalmatian food plates. I can recommend booking a table at the „Urban Garden“, which is also open for external guests. Generally, it is a luxury and cosy place, with friendly staff.

I loved the calm area and the great rooms. There are AC in the apartment and the balcony facing the pool area is lovely. Its a bit too far from Makarska Beach but the lovely LOVELY host Anel drives to the beach and back a few times a day. We did not have a car but thanks to Anel it did not feel like a problem. He picked us up by the store if we had heavy bags and also dropped us off at other locations in Makarska- dor example when we went kayaking. The pool area is really nice and there is cool drinking water for your disposal.

We were highly impressed of our stay when we first walked in. The open kitchen has it’s own natural airflow which made cooking a wonderful experience. To add to that: the bedroom is highly praiseworthy as well. With the hot summers of Makarska, it was a gift to have such outstanding remote climate control inside of the apartment. The staff did a wonderful job on hospitality. Towel service was managed via our balcony on the ground floor.

    Great location, the staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have been lovelier. Our 2 bed apartment was really spacious and had a large terrace with it’s own sun beds/umbrellas and a hot tub (which you could make cool) which was fantastic.
