We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.

It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.

    Lovely place to stay. Had a beautiful sauna, swimming pool, steam room jacuzzi and cold bath which was incredible. We were offered breakfast in bed as part of our booking and the food was great. They even catered to requests to have the food early in the morning at like 6am so we could go on our tour. The hotel was in walking distance of pascal mall and food Court too.     The room was super spacious and clean, loved the automatic curtain blinders. Toilet was superbly clean too! Walking distance to trans studio theme park and mall, very convenient. Got the chance to have breakfast at the 18th floor club lounge. Service was exceptional and the staff there were extremely warm and polite. Honestly the BEST hotel breakfast experience EVER! Thank you Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung for ending my honeymoon on a high note!

    Staff were exceptional. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a King room with lots of space and a great bathroom...including a bath with a view. Breakfast was exceptional and prices for dinner were very reasonable.
