The view is very wonderful and the place is charming, beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious. There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

During our recent trip to Bandung, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Papandayan for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The food was absolutely fantastic! The dining options were diverse, and each meal was a culinary delight. Whether it was the local delicacies or international dishes, the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to every palate. As for the amenities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The pool area was pristine and inviting, offering a perfect spot for relaxation amidst the tranquil surroundings. The Papandayan exceeded all our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories of our stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this gem of a hotel on our next visit to Bandung.     Lovely place to stay. Had a beautiful sauna, swimming pool, steam room jacuzzi and cold bath which was incredible. We were offered breakfast in bed as part of our booking and the food was great. They even catered to requests to have the food early in the morning at like 6am so we could go on our tour. The hotel was in walking distance of pascal mall and food Court too. Very close to trainstation and very central

    It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.

    The room was super spacious and clean, loved the automatic curtain blinders. Toilet was superbly clean too! Walking distance to trans studio theme park and mall, very convenient. Got the chance to have breakfast at the 18th floor club lounge. Service was exceptional and the staff there were extremely warm and polite. Honestly the BEST hotel breakfast experience EVER! Thank you Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung for ending my honeymoon on a high note!

    Staff were exceptional. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a King room with lots of space and a great bathroom...including a bath with a view. Breakfast was exceptional and prices for dinner were very reasonable.
