The Orient is one of the nicest places I'll ever stay. Everything from the staff, to the pool areas, to the rooms, were incredible. A special thank you to Reza for his hospitality. The pool areas were beautiful and it was such a peaceful way to start my trip in Indonesia. The attention to detail was incredible and I will be sure to visit the Orient on my next trip to Jakarta. This hotel is simply out of this world. We stayed in a lot of very good hotels in the world, but we think that Park Hyatt Jakarta is the best one we have stayed in. The staff in Park Hyatt has been extremely polite and always super helpful. The food and especially the lavish and super delicious Breakfast buffet was really outstanding. Both gym and Spa area are very well equipped and excellently maintained.

This was one of the most amazing hotels we stayed in. My wife had an important birthday and the team prepared decoration in the room and a cake (Daffa, Salma, Claudia - thank you 🙏). The whole staff was most helpful and kind, we don’t have words to describe it. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and quiet (very important for us). The breakfast was good, the buffet dinner was really nice. The swimming pool area is also relaxing. Definitely, book a massage in their Spa - the couple massage is fabulous - thank you Berna and Herna! We been in the nice hotels around the world but I must say this was one of our favorites
