Everything was perfect. Staff were really kind, helpful. Really appreciate it We were given vouchers to have breakfast at the restaurant that is run by the hotel. The restaurant had some suitable breakfast options for us. It was prepared well and tasty. The poll was clean.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The female staff, at reception, the cleaning boys and of course the smiling security guard at night. Gym was nice too. Coliving work space was excellent. Mart just next door. Brilliant Chinese food opposite reception/lobby.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was great, close to the airport but not so close to hear the planes (you could see them, not hear them though), and the ride from the airport to the hotel is a 25 minutes taxi trip, really cheap (we paid less than £6). The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, the breakfast food was abundant and very good quality, and the pools were awesome. I particularly liked the larger pool (called kids pool) due to the surroundings with pal trees, sand, water falls etc, and there weren't too many kids around which contributed to it being rather calm and relaxing.

This place was truly incredible. Exceptional and the best place we stayed in Bali in our 4 week visit around the country! Staff were amazing and super kind and friendly. The pool was very clean. The rooms were immaculate and were taken care of daily. The bathroom was stocked up and kitchen and dining space immaculate. The design of these places means you can socialise with other guests if you want to from the comfort your own villa as they’re open plan downstairs :)

The villa was very spacious and was cleaned everyday. The staff kept in touch everyday asking when they can clean the villa, if I had any problems. They picked up our suitcases and stored them in their office on our last day. The staff are very friendly.

    Room was a decent size and clean. Good air conditioning with fast wifi. Good location with close proximity to shopping and beach at either Kuta or Seminyak. Roof top Jacuzzi is a nice quiet area to chill and relax have drinks as opposed to the pool area which was quite busy on the daily. Nice large restaurant that allows for spacious dining. Suitable for families or groups. Staff are super accomodating and attentive.

    We could not fault our recent stay. It is a beautiful sanctuary, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The pool is the perfect temperature and just so beautiful. The room is beautiful and icy cold, the bathroom was lovely and clean and so well appointed. There is an in-room safe and plenty of bench/hanging space. There is plenty of great places to eat and shop around the villa (only a short walk) and less hustle and bustle than the central area. We loved our stay here so much and will definitely be back.
