The service was amazing and location is incredible (right in front of Killarney National Park). The hotel staff was great and we loved our room. The spa and spa services were also wonderful.

Great welcome though in dark entrance by car and up steps tricky the first time. Met by welcoming valet parker and reception-

Everything was perfect loved the location and all the amenities! Only thing that was a miss was the parking garage was full and had to park in the back lot.
